2,500 SF PURCHASED ON WESTERN DRIVE

C&R Partners, LLC has purchased a 2,500 SF building at 674 Western Drive in Mobile, according to Pete Riehm of CRE Mobile, who represented the buyer. The buyer intends to renovate the property and make it available for lease. The seller was represented by JC Smith with Keller Williams Realty.
