Scope of Service Experience

Tommy Gleason has over 23 years of Brokerage and Property Management experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tommy represents both owners and buyers/tenants in sales and leasing transactions throughout South Alabama and the Gulf Coast. In addition to brokerage, Tommy also handles the property management of a number of commercial properties in the Mobile area.

Background & Experience

Tommy was with Gleason and Associates for 13 years where he managed and handled the disposition of a 500,000 sq. ft. portfolio of office and retail properties. He also handled third party brokerage which included sales and leasing of office, retail, and industrial properties.

In August 2013, Tommy partnered with four other established local commercial brokers to form NAI Mobile. In January of 2021, Tommy along with the rest of the team, decided to completely rebrand to CRE Mobile.

Tommy has experience in all areas of commercial real estate, including sales and leasing brokerage, development and property management.

University of Alabama 1998 – BS Degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate CCIM Designee

Professional Associations & Designations

Tommy has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.

He is a past president of the Mobile Commercial Real Estate Exchange Club, whose members include the top commercial realtors in South Alabama. He has also served on the board of directors of the Mobile Area Association of Realtors and is a former President of the Gulf Coast District of the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
