Remaining Lots in Mobile Commerce Park Sold to Local Investors!
Mobile, Ala., January 25, 2023 – A group of local investors recently purchased the remaining undeveloped lots in Mobile Commerce Park, located on Todd Acres Drive, for $1,050,000. Totaling 150+ Acres, Mobile Commerce Park is one of the most well designed and highly finished industrial and commercial parks in Mobile that is situated in a highly centralized location just off I-10.
“The acquisition of the remaining lots in the Mobile Commerce Park by the private sector developer who has the ability to offer “build-to-suit ” projects will be a great asset for the Park’s future development,” said Industrial Park Board Chairman Lowell J. Friedman.
The buyers plan on developing and offering the lots for sale according to Pete J.A Riehm, SIOR of CRE Mobile who represented the buyers and Allan R. Cameron Jr., SIOR of CRE Mobile represented the seller.
