Regional Bank Secures Space at Merchants Plaza!

Mobile, Ala., 9 September, 2021 – One of the Southeast’s premier regional banks—that has been serving customers for the last 100 years— BankPlus, has recently leased 13,000 SF of combined retail and executive office space in the Merchants Plaza Annex building located at 106 St. Francis St. in downtown Mobile. This historic National Bank Building has undergone a $30 Million dollar renovation over the past few years including the addition of 75+ brand new apartments, as well as, brand new retail and office space. The BankPlus build-out will wrap up over the next few months with a targeted opening date of Q1 2022, according to Allan R. Cameron, Jr., SIOR and Josh W.
