CRE Mobile Principal Achieves SIOR Designation

Mobile, Ala., June 18, 2020 – Pete J. A. Riehm, SIOR, of CRE Mobile has achieved the SIOR designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is an exclusive and coveted accreditation with only 3,400 members worldwide. Riehm has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience, dedicating the majority of his time to sales and leasing of industrial, office, land, built-to-suits and investment properties.

To achieve the SIOR designation, candidates must complete at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial or office real estate; meet stringent transactional volume and education requirements; and demonstrate professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.

Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 685 cities in 36 countries around the world.
