6th Floor of Waterman Building Leased!

Off Dock Services has leased the entire 6th floor of the Waterman-Smith Building located in Downtown Mobile at 61 St. Joseph Street, according to Josh W. Hall of CRE Mobile, who represents the landlord. They moved into the 7th floor of the building in August and are set to expand to the 6th floor in November.
