3,000 SF of Montlimar Place Leased to AEA

The Alabama Education Association (AEA) has leased 3,000 SF at Montlimar Place according to Leigh Rendfrey of CRE Mobile. AEA is the largest education association in Alabama and their purpose is to provide legal assistance, professional learning opportunities, and a strong voice for education in the Alabama Legislature. Rendrey represented the tenant and Tommy Gleason of CRE Mobile represented the landlord.
